The occupational health and safety policy that we pursue as Beytepe Danışmanlık Elektrik Enerji İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. is based on great respect for people and the environment in which they live. Occupational health and safety is a top priority in all areas in which Beytepe Danışmanlık Elektrik Enerji İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. operates. Everyone is responsible for doing what is necessary within their authority to ensure a healthy and safe working environment. One of our most important goals is to protect all our employees and the environment in which we live from the potential risks of our activities
In this context, we are committed to the following health and safety measures as our policy:
- To ensure the health and safety of employees, subcontractors and visitors at the workplace and its extensions, as well as our company's personnel working outside the workplace, we take all types of precautions in accordance with applicable OHS legislation and other OHS related requirements, keep tools and personal protective equipment available and ensure that they are used when necessary.
- We identify risks that may lead to occupational accidents and illnesses in the workplace and ensure the health, safety and social well-being of employees at all levels, visitors and subcontractors in order to reduce the material and moral losses they and their families may suffer.
- Through effective risk assessment, we recognize and eliminate unsafe situations and actions that can lead to occupational accidents and illnesses in the workplace and its extensions, as well as potential accident risks.
- We train our employees in the field of occupational health and safety and ensure good health and safety awareness.
- We ensure that subcontractors and visitors working in the workplace comply with the occupational health and safety regulations of Beytepe Danışmanlık Elektrik Enerji İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş.
- In view of the development of the industrial world, we predict the possible situations that may arise in the future and constantly review developments and our position.
- We make Beytepe Danışmanlık Elektrik Enerji İnşaat San. ve Tic. A.Ş. a model company in terms of occupational health and safety in the eyes of the associated institutions, chambers of industry and associations.
- We ensure the continuity of our OHS management system, which has been established and implemented in this direction.
